An Infrastructure Fund payment is due at the beginning of each year and is collected by GSA on behalf of APPF. All owners share, enjoy, and totally rely on our common infrastructure and facilities such as the roads, water supply and waste water treatment plant, to name but a few, and these funds are used for maintenance and repairs.
The infrastructure payment may be made from your house account or alternatively directly to GSA (credit cards accepted) - These infrastructure monies will then be transferred by GSA to the APPF bank account.
If you wish to make payment directly to the APPF account, please email the APPF Secretary or Treasurer for bank details.
Rubbish is disposed of at several rubbish stations around the resort which are marked up on the map.
No garden refuse or unwanted household items are to be disposed of at the rubbish stations.
The Community & Urbanisation (C&U) charge paid by each property owner covers the collection by GSA of any such unwanted household items. Contact GSA Reception at +351 282 690 000 to arrange collection of any unwanted items. Please do not leave any such items at the rubbish stations.
Dogs need to be kept on a lead when walking on communal property and any dog mess must be cleaned up and disposed of by the owner.
In accordance with Portuguese law, no campervans are allowed to park on the resort but can park in the designated area at reception.
Use of the communal pools and children’s play area at the SPA building is free for Golf Village property owners and their guests (i.e. free at the point of use, but paid for by Golf Village owners in their C&U charges). These facilities are not free for anyone else.
Currently the charge payable by Phase 1 & 2 villa owners & their guests for using the communal pools and children’s play area is €10 per person per day. The cost of the pool complex is not included in the C&U charges paid by villa owners.
